Kimberley (Kim) Coupland is a registered acupuncturist (R.Ac.) who graduated from the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Post graduation, she travelled and observed in integrated hospitals in China, learning ways to integrate TCM with Western medicine and daily living protocols.

Kim has a background in Kinesiology (BSc.) specializing in biomechanics and outdoor pursuits which led to becoming a Certified Pedorthist (C Ped (C)). She combines her knowledge of biomechanics from Western medicine and healing principles of Eastern medicine to provide a unique and individualized treatment strategy.

Cathy Keenan is a registered acupuncturist (R.Ac) who completed her diploma in Acupuncture at The Institute of Traditional Medicine in Toronto in 2009. After giving birth to her first child, she developed a rare pregnancy related disease and spent more than a year recovering from heart failure. While her body and mind were recovering Cathy did a 3 year, part-time, internship with a third generation acupuncturist who practiced and taught Japanese Acupuncture. Cathy was drawn to this style of acupuncture for its gentle approach. In the last few years Cathy has been working in a high volume community acupuncture clinic in downtown Toronto offering accessible and inclusive health care to many people in her community.

Cathy enjoys inspiring and empowering her patients to become active participants in their health and healing. For the last two decades, Cathy has been teaching movement/yoga classes and offers a wealth of knowledge on simple self-care and mindfulness practices to her patients.

Kathryn is a Registered Massage Therapist and an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC. Kathryn is excited to be working with a variety of clients with the goal of bringing each individual to a place of healing and wellness. She is passionate about listening to each client’s concerns and then catering their treatment to suit their individual needs. She works with a variety of techniques including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Relaxation.
